You’ve been fed the story that you need to be the good girl, all pure and chaste to be worthy of love.

& if you have any sexual appetite, you’re bad to the core: the insatiable harlot, only worthy of STDs and a lifetime of loneliness and many, many cats. 

But if you’re not up for it all the time, with the right person, you’re a frigid prude.

Confused? You should be. 

Feel like something is off? It is.

This vile and outdated dogma lives in your body as that hot, sludge of shame that has you believe there is something deeply wrong with YOU,  not the BS cultural belief systems you were brought up in.

This same dogma has censored female-focused sex education. The reproduction model you were taught in school is incomplete, missing entire organs and functions. This leaves women even more disconnected from their bodies, vulvas, and orgasms.

This lack of education creates the story that you don’t operate the way you should, and that sex, love, full-body orgasms, and heart-gasms are for other women, but not you.
