What do you call yours?
Vulva, vagina, yoni, pussy, falula…? After finishing a beautiful session with one of my amazing clients, we chatted about social/cultural reasons that she didn’t really have a name for that area.
After a little playing around with different options, she felt that ‘yoni’ felt right – a little magical, appropriate for one of the most phenomenal parts of our beautiful bodies.
Yeah, phenomenal. Think about it.
We make babies. Enough said, THE MOST CREATIVE THING IN THE WORLD is down to our…. *insert word we don’t feel comfortable saying.*
We deliver babies via this wonderful entrance; iwe didn’t deliver babies the human race would die.
We get rid of waste - if we didn’t do that, we’d die.
PLEASURE. We have a body part that’s only purpose is pleasure, did you know that? Our clitoris' only function is pleasure – that is AMAZING!!!
There are thousands of names we could choose from, though officially the name for the area ‘down there’ is our vulva. This includes our clit, inner and outer lips, vagina, mons, urethra - alllll of the good bits.
Honestly, it really doesn’t matter what you choose to call yours, it’s YOUR CHOICE.
Just please, I beg, call yours something that makes you smile, that celebrates this truly magical and beautiful part of you.
IM Pleasure Ed free classes include, along with so much other goodness, the exercise I use during my awesome workshops to help you come up with a name for your vulva that you LOVE.
Enjoy, my lovelies!!!
