Create your own boudoir space — make it private, cosy, and sensual.
Think blankets, cushions, candles. Have hot tea, water, and some delicious snacks at the ready.

💋 What you'll need
A pen and notebook – there’ll be a few juicy self-exploration journaling exercises.

A phallic-shaped object – this can be a wand, vibe, dildo, round hairbrush handle, courgette (zucchini), or even an aubergine (if you’re really a size queen).
Don’t worry — you’re not going to be sticking it in your mouth.
It’s for grip, technique, and handwork practice.
