It's totally normal and to be expected to get a little squirmy before this session so I want to give your mind some anchoring info ahead of time.

SETTING THE SCENE

  • Privacy is key. Choose a space where you’ll be comfortable undisturbed.

  • Headphones are great for minimising distractions and deepening your focus.

  • You may find yourself making noise—crying, laughing, sounding, moving emotion—so let anyone nearby know this is normal not to interrupt you.

  • Bring a notebook or journal to process and reflect afterward.

A LITTLE FOREPLAY 

Here are some questions to feel into before we begin:

  • What is your intention for this experience?

  • What about this invitation resonated with you? What made you say yes?

  • How do you currently feel about being a deeply sexual woman?

  • How would you like to feel?

  • What’s blocking you?

  • What does shame feel like in your body?

  • When do you most notice it?

Take your time with these, they are just for you so you can’t get them wrong.

This Salon lasts around 3 hours, but please allow the rest of the day/next day to land and digest.

AFTERCARE

This is deep, transformative work. Integration is everything.

Be gentle with yourself.
Create as much space as possible over the next day or two to allow the shifts to land.

Think:
✨ A bath
✨ A walk
✨ A kitchen disco
✨ Crying, laughing, stretching, orgasming — or all of the above.

Journal. Reflect. Breathe.
Then come share with me in Voxer. Ask questions. Celebrate yourself. Let yourself be witnessed.
You are not alone — no matter what Madame Shame tries to tell you.

INTEGRATION PRACTICES:

1. Close the shame loops.
Write down everything you said you’d do but haven’t yet.
Cross them off or schedule them directly into your calendar.

2. "What I don’t want on tomorrow’s front page."
What are you afraid someone might find out?
Write it out. Shame hates to be seen.
Send it to Voxer or email me with the subject: “SHAME DUMP.” (carolinedarcy@inti-mate.co)

3. Getting to the Root
Where is it in your body?
Is it hot or cold? Fast or slow?
Watch yourself like a movie — go back in time.
When did you first feel this? What happened? The younger you were, the more abstract in may be.

Now rewrite: “Just because [XYZ] happened, doesn’t mean [core false belief].”
Come back to your body. Anchor.

4. Speak the story out loud.
Tell it three times. Start with yourself. Then, if you wish, share it with me in Voxer. Let your voice be medicine.

5. Keep a journal.
Track what surfaces over the next month.
Notice the old story you might’ve told yourself — and what you’re choosing now instead.

This is where the real alchemy begins.
